HOW TO USE
• Start with a clean and dry eye area- Prime applicator by twisting cap until product is visible- twist cap 5 times and apply onto lashes and along the upper lash line.
• Allow serum to dry for 60 seconds before applying primer, mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow.
• Apply twice daily.
